Biking through Tuscany

remains of the crushed grapes which will be used again to make a type of strong liquor.

Biking through a quaint little city! It really was fun!

While in Florence Italy, we decided to take a full day and bike the Tuscan hillside. The day included miles of mountainous riding along with a delicious gourmet lunch & wine sampling at a 17th century Tuscan Villa.

Reaching the Villa was quite satisfying and completely breathtaking. Tuscany is gorgeous. The people are beautiful and the geographical layout is fantastic. The olive and grape trees are so alluring and easy on the eyes. The Stage ladies and my mother and I went through Per's Bike Rides
It was very personal with Per and his wonderful fiance- Melissa who invested in each us of as riders and definitely took the time to explain much of the history of the wine country. Well worth the time and money!

Melissa and Per- wonderful guides. Melissa is from California and Per was born and raised in Sweden. Absolutely fantastic people.
